I have them on a continuing basis. I pay for their annual service so they come out when I need them. They could have better communication. They do not always call me back.

I've been using them for six months. I haven't found anything bad about them, so I continue to use them. They come and do it and they leave me a bill. They are in the middle of the stream. They do as good as anyone else and as bad as anyone else. Their responsiveness is very good.
