Tony Ahern Landscaping

We paid Tony Ahern Landscaping a total of $41,038.87 to do some extensive work on our house including new concrete driveway, new concrete sidewalks, new concrete porch, new concrete patio, new walls, new LED lights in the walls, new French drains. He took the money and quit without finishing the work. He also caused a lot of damage while working and he never replaced the items he damaged including a broken glass block window, gouged flag pole, cut wiring to outside lamp post, electrical box knocked away from the house. We still haven't had a chance to replace the glass block window he broke. It cost us several thousand dollars more to complete the work that he was paid to do and skipped out on. I am a Vietnam veteran and my wife and I are both senior citizens. He ignores communication attempts from everybody. We reported him to the PA Attorney General who turned it over to the Bureau of Consumer Protection. He ignored them also. We reported him to the Better Business Bureau and are preparing to get a lawyer and sue him. He lied to us and he stole from us. Do not ever hire him under any circumstances as he is very dishonest and cannot be trusted.
