Leon called me ahead of time to let me know when they would be arriving on scheduled day. Showed up on time.  Had a 2-man crew who replaced/installed gutter and replaced wood on back of house.  Leon removed existing gutter and installed new gutter on side of house.  They also installed a new downspout in front of house.  Crew was very friendly and professional.  I would highly recommend them to do all sorts of gutter work.

The workers arrived early on the date agreed upon. They were polite, worked quickly and installed gutter and drain pipe exactly the same color to match my neighbors (I live in an attached home). The system works well and looks good. They also did a great job cleaning up after the work was complete. I am planning on using their service again in the future.

Contacted The Gutter Guys on a Friday to request a quote to replace gutters. James, a sales rep, came out the following day to inspect the house and provide a quote. James was nice and professional. James provided two quotes. One quote was to replace the gutters and the second with gutter guards for one side of the house. There are trees on only one side of the house. The Gutter Guys provide a warranty for both the parts (gutters) and their service. I decided to use their services based on James professionalism and that they stand by their work by providing a lifetime warranty for all issues with the gutters when using gutter guards. The cost for replacement the gutters was comparable, if not slightly less, than roofing companies providing this service.
A crew came out about a week after the original meeting. They started the job while at work so I cannot comment on the length of time to complete the job other than they completed it in less than one day. They guys were professional and did a great job. The replaced gutters work great and they guys did a professional job. The property was cleaned before they left and there was no evidence that they were there other than the new gutters. When removing the original gutters, rotten wood was discovered. There was an additional cost to replace the wood. I saw the wood and it was indeed rotten. To replace the wood was not on the original quote, but I cannot fault James for not knowing there was rotten wood behind the gutters. The guys replaced the wood, they had some on hand, and as far as I know did not delay the project at all.
Using the Gutter Guys was a great experience and would recommend them, I have nothing but positive things to say about this company.

The price quoted and charged was a little more than half of another company's estimate.  The job took two days.  The clean-up afterward was good, not perfect.  There was an issue with a corner that dripped, and Gutter Guys came out promptly to fix it, without extra charge.  They came out twice, as the first "fix" did not work.  It appears to be fixed now.  We are happy with their responsiveness.

Everyone was very professional. They did an excellent job. When I had some tree trimming done a few days later the workers told me that I was probably charged double by the company. I don't know if I was or not. I like the job that was done. My basement was dry from the rain we had on Wednesday. It was worth it to me. For the price I paid the tree company said I should have had new drain spouts included. The tree company could not believe how much we were charged and new drain spouts were not included. My neighbors also said I was charged too much too. They could see a house in Wild Quail or Pennwood charged that price homes are larger.

My recommendation is do your homework first. Know the measurements of your house. How much a foot they are charging and why?
The company does give you 3 days to change your mind. Within that time I should have gotten more than one other estimate. The other estimate I got from another gutter company was $800 but their guard had a screen cover which is what I had before and I still had to have them cleaned out.
I was happy with the service but be sure you know about your measurements. The new gutters did he job they were suppose to do keeping my basement dry.

They look really good. I am satisfied with them. Three guys came to do the work and it only took them about an hour.
