Real Estate Auctions
Tammy was GREAT! She helped us sell our property so that we could relocate quickly. She responded to all questions very quickly, was professional and pleasant to deal with. Her staff was very helpful on sale day and also very professional and pleasant. Tammy advertised our property in many local newspapers as well as online and we heard many people say her advertising is why they checked out our house. Instead of waiting for realtors, buyers, showings, etc. we were able to auction our house, know it would sell that day, and get higher than we would have through a traditional listing. The cost was a percentage of the sales price which was lower than it would have been with a realtor. Very pleased. Thank you!!
