Pool and Spa Servicing
$100
Barry arrived and removed the old bulb, installed the new bulb but nothing worked. He also charged me for a "new" GFI outlet that did not work. When he left my house the light did not work until I went to Home Depot and got a real GFI outlet,

After about a week I notice that there was water in the light fixture. I called, emailed and tried many times to contact him since this was a HUGE safety hazard. After many attempts he pretty much told me to go buy a new gasket and that he did not have time to locate one. I asked for him to come out and remove the bulb so it did not get ruined and he did not reply. Within 2 days I had one shipped to my door, seems Barry was just too lazy to get one himself.

So, I try to get him out here to install it and he never responds. I emailed and asked if he plans to reimburse me for the 169.00 bulb that is now ruined by the water, again no reply.

I ended up paying this clown 85.00 for the visit, 15.00 for the GFI. I had to go buy a GFI for 20.00 and I lost 169.00 on my bulb. I now need a new bulb for 169.00 and have to pay someone else to come out and change the bulb correctly.

All in all this 85.00 light bulb change is going to cost me over 500.00 when it is finished.

Businesses that are this irresponsible, especially when it comes to electricity and water in a family pool simply should not be in business. It comes down to this, Barry did not want to drive back to my house. He was willing to come out to my area only for the 85.00, after that he was no where to be found.
