Dave is very professional. He arrives on time and doesn't leave until he is satisfied the work is completed. He is thorough removing old caulking and applying new, then spackling any areas that need it before he paints. The job site is always clean. He even cleaned the windows when he finished painting the trim. We have recommended his company to family and friends.
