He is very nice. It's the only plumber I've ever had work here that totally cleaned up after himself. He even washed the floor. I was shocked, he put everything back exactly how it was. It backed up once again about a month later and I called him to come take a look, he came out the second time to fix the problem and didn't even charge me. He is so nice! I even called him at 6 or 7 at night and he got right back to me, he was on another emergency call but said he could come that night if it wasn't too late or early the next day. When I've called him he has a secretary who answers and contacts him, he has always called me back within 10 minutes. I almost don't want to share him with anyone because he's so good!
