Revitalize With Rebekah

Rebekah's firm provided us with weekly cleanings over the course of 2 years. Her staff changed several times over that period as did the quality of the service. We were adamant that the hardwood floors were the key to our satisfaction. Some of her staff were less competent than others. Rebekah's solution to fixing problems was to have us call her to explain what was wrong. Depending on staff available, she would have them clean properly at the next appointment or send someone out to correct the problem. After 6 months of this I called Rebekah to our office to point out problems we had experienced. As she was obviously new to managing a business, I made a point of explaining that she needed to check up on her staff's work instead of making her customers out be the bad guys by pointing out what was done improperly. A seemingly intelligent woman, I thought I had made my point. Well over a year later I sincerely doubt she has ever checked up on the work her staff does for us. But Rebekah is great at sending you "before & after" email's about your service and checking in with you immediately after a payment causes her concern. The young lady she had assigned to us lately is easily the best we've experienced with Revitalize with Rebekah. But she needed the day off and Rebekah was responsible for coordinating the fill-in's arrival since she had no key. Rebekah likes to check in via email and text. This can be good except when her help is waiting outside your door. Rebekah hadn't given her the proper number. She did text me while I was working with a neighbor. I failed to hear it. Then we got "one" call before she gave up. I had told Rebekah we would be "in and out," and gave her specific instructions to call me. Instead I found a note from her staffer saying she had waited half an hour. I was 175 feet from my home and Rebekah didn't have the tenacity to try a second phone call. When I did reach her (by text) she ended our relationship leaving us without service during the holidays. THIS IS NOT THE KIND OF PERSON YOU WANT TO RELY ON!

No stone left unturned. Rebekah is a joy to work with. Her people are also amazing. Very professional and hard working. She carefully screens her people and is quick to respond if there is a problem.  My parents are having many difficulties and needed more then a light dusting to say the least. I also needed to rearrange furniture to make it more walker friendly. I could not have been more blessed with her staff and their willingness to work.  Easy to work with, will follow directions carefully or you can just set them loose and they will self motivate to clean every crevice they see and help you find solutions to the clutter.   Rebekah is amazing and I can't say enough for everything her people have done.  It is far more then a maid service or a house cleaner.  They really do have a way of revitalizing your home.  (as cheesy as that sounds). They did such a great job at my parents home I hired them to help me at my home. Her staff and I tag teamed the house worked together and it was dare I say  fun!   Call her and talk to her before you hire anyone else. You will be very glad you did.
