Reliable Service

We hadn't been home and the snow had really piled up so we called Reliable Service. I asked him if they performed this kind of service, but he stated I can't quote you a price, I would have to see the area first. So when they went out to the property, I was quoted $225, but I got them to agree to $200, and paid them by Western Union that day.  The next day, we realize the removal had not been done as agreed upon.  When we contacted them, he stated, "Oh, we are backed up, and we're not sure if we can make it out today."  On Friday, they came out, but said they might have to come back later so we could get in our driveway.  When we arrived home on Sunday, all he did was plow enough to have only one car on our property. So it wasn't our car, it was their car they had to pull in to make the assessment. We were present by what they had done to get on our own property. I couldn't get in. I had to walk on ice and snow with my 84 year old father. We called them multiple times, but they ignored my calls.   Once I got a hold of the provider, we were discussing a refund, however, they never called me back.
