He gives pricing for each part including labor per part, and then total estimates. Next schedules appt. Very prompt, will phone with problems or delays. Doesn't do additional work until first discussing issue and verifying whether or not to be done at that time. No hidden fees! Detailed receipt. Available to speak with or prompt call return. Service time is estimated accurately barring unforeseen delay, which then he will phone.
