Seamless Metal Gutters - Install
$6,500
Did a terrible job, were back twice and still did not have gutters installed correctly. Had to go on roof and fix myself. Very poor workmanship.

It is 7/23/2024, our bathroom was installed on 03/23/2024, and I made the first complaint phone calls and wrote emails just days after. I am still waiting for somebody to deal with the issues. I have spent HOURS on the phone, writing emails and explaining. Please, do not make the same mistake by choosing them! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! MARTINA

They came to put up our roof. We did not get the walkthrough with the foreman that we were promised by our salesman, we did not get any coverage for our plants like we were promised by our salesman, then they put on the wrong roof. We called to get this fixed along with the RIPPLES in the front of the roof. They came back 3 days later and replaced the new roof with another new roof, but left the ripples! We waited weeks to get the clean up crew to get the nails out of my yard (and the gutter guards out of my neighbor's yard). Thank goodness my kids didn't step on any while they were playing. We had someone come out to discuss the ripples and haven't heard from him in almost a week either, even after we followed up. This company SUCKS

They can’t keep appointments and they don’t notify their customers. I had 3 appointments for someone to come out to give an estimate for a new roof, and they failed to show up 3, yes 3 times in a row! No call/no show on the 1st and last appointment. The 2nd appointment I had scheduled they did call to let me know about 30 minutes before our scheduled time that “they had a scheduling issue and couldn’t make it”. If you don’t have a big house apparently they don’t care about you and will blow you off. Poor business practices and extremely unprofessional.

PJ Fitzpatrick team from Sales to Project manager to Site manager and crew were great to work with. Sales team - upfront, open and clearly communicating what they do, why they do it. Willing and able to negotiate on Price. Project Manager was also clear and efficient and as my schedule was flexible, was able to get the crew scheduled within days of final estimate/site visit. The work crew... at this time of year (december), daylight is at a premium, they arrived early and worked diligently to complete the tear off, assessment/repair sheathing, reroute bathroom vents through roof instead of soffit, and install new venting system and new roof and ridge vent. Even though they were pushing daylight at the end, they did a thorough clean up before they left - yes some nails, debris was missed, but only due to failing light. Cleanup crew was here before 7 am on a saturday to do final cleanup. All in all, they are not the cheapest vendor, but they are worth the price. Workmanship is solid, products are A+ and they stand behind both the products and workmanship.

They were great for awhile, then the last time they came out to do my gutter cleaning, the one guy told me that I had flat roof and there was something soft going on. I got somebody to come out from another company and from what I understand they came out and did the thing. The guy told me that part of my roof was a flat roof, which was a little bit dis concerning to me, because I never knew that. I am just a little concerned that PJ Fitzpatrick should have done this work from what I am hearing from the guy that I did get the work done from. The one guy told me that "I'm stepping on your roof and there is a soft spot. You have a flat roof over here and we don't do that." But according to the guy I got from the other company, PJ Fitzpatrick should have done that and this guy didn't do his company such a good service. I always had PJ Fitzpatrick do my gutter cleaning. I liked them up until then. Maybe it was just the guy that didn't know what he was doing. The price was fine. Quality was fine. No I would not use them again, because I don't know what's going on. I am getting conflicting things because the guy I actually had come fix the roof said that PJ's should of done that and he said that he could clean my gutters for less. I am not sure if I am going to use PJ Fitzpatrick again. I think somebody should call me and explain. I am confused as to if the person that came out was knowledgeable.

Came out to look at windows, said he couldn't fix them and charged us $65. I do not agree with this. I called the company and they said this is not right and would pass it on to the manager for reimbursement. Nothing happened. Called again, was told someone would call me back. No phone call. Will not use this company again, lacking important customer service. They have also been in contact about doing our roof but I have lost trust in this company.

I called them out because of all of their advertising for a $250 service call. The gentleman was great! Courteous, knowledgeable, etc.  I have a plastic facade around my front door that was pulling out of the brick and I thought it needed to be re-anchored. He instructed me that it had to be taken down and reinstalled. He told me it was an all day job and gave me the quote.  I thought $1500 was a bit much but if it really took 8 hours I felt it was an ok price and scheduled with him to come back.  Mind you all of this was bascially labor, new anchor screws and caulk. (They don't paint either)
I was VERY disappointed when the gentleman was done in 3 hours and told us that we may need to add more caulk to the areas once it was settled. WHY DID I pay $500 per hour! If the fix took a lot less time than anticipated, the company should have discounted the price. No offer to do so was ever made and I am left with an unpainted, needing to be re-caulked door facade and feeling totally taken advantage of.

. Where to begin. Lou the project manager was very very good but in order to get him to look at the job, we had to sign a contract. Of course this is the cart before the horse. I say this because the sales rep,. and that's what he was,  didn't know construction only how to sell product.  He kept trying to sell us re-siding when we had repairs and some siding.  They also insisted that my husband be present which naturally begged the question what if I don't have one? Not to mention insulting. So because we needed siding and other repairs we soldiered  on with them. If you have the patience to deal with "administration" and salesmanship they are good at what they do. The crew that came did a good job according to what was on the contract. However, they stuck to the contract and failed to tell us as they were repairing, that they spotted other areas that needed to be repaired. Now if you plan to paint your house, you need this done first which was the whole point of the project. So after all was said and done we hired a carpenter to take care of all the little things that we didn't know about until the painters arrived. The long and short of it is that if you need new siding or roofing or something big they will do a good job, although not inexpensively. Would I hire them again. Yes and No. If I need siding - yes.  Otherwise it wasn't worth the hassle and the wait, let alone the expense which is too bad because as I said, the crew did a good job; and without Lou I might have been pulling my hair out in frustration. So there you have it. The review.
