Simon, the owner, make sure that the work is done correctly. He won't leave the site if there's something that he doesn't like about it. He make sure that he meets the customer. They're honest people, you can trust them which sometimes you don't know whom business you can trust. We've used them in the past to finish our basement. We don't have any problems with them. They're all very trustworthy and hardworking people. We had a very good experience with them. In the scale of 1 to 10 they're 10. I think they're excellent and I think that anybody would be pleased with their serviced provided. They don't try to gouge you, they try to be fair as possible.
