Michael Beaky

Michael was punctual, courteous and always kept me up to date with initial planning and his actual findings. He planned ahead in the event that the tank needed to be replaced so that he could finish the job on his first visit. Testing was done to determine why I did not have any water pressure. He found that the pipes were filled with debris which was not allowing the water to properly fill the pressure tank. He replaced the pipes. I would have preferred that he replace it with copper piping (like I had) but he used pex instead.

Mr. Beaky did an excellent job including recommendations on style and finish. He was reliable, knowledgeable and professional in his work. Showed up when promised and cleaned up at the end of each day. I would use him again for any general maintenance and painting.

He provided excellent input regarding color and paint selection, provided alternate tile samples and models for us to choose from, removed old backsplash and installed custom tile backsplash.  He showed up when scheduled, covered unaffected areas to minimize mess, cleaned up at the end of the day and managed to leave the kitchen useable throughout the remodeling process. I would definitely use his services again. He is professional, reliable and skilled.
