+ -1 moreBehavior personality, attitude was obnoxious, arrogant, insulting toward women, had to call electric company myself ask them questions and had to myself arrange to have electrical inspection done by inspector of his work on replacement of meter box because he replaced meter box without notifying electric company without shutting off the electric and without having it inspected he says its faster easier for him that way he doesn't like red tape he always does it this way.
