We had been procrasting about getting some painting done, and realized we needed to get it done before we had holiday visitors. 
Kevin was referred to me by a co-worker he had done work for.  She was pleased with his work, so I gave him a call.    He was professional, cordial, and accomodating from our first conversation.  He met me in the evening to give an estimate, so I didn't have to lose any time from work. 
He painted three rooms for us and patched and painted a huge spot on our ceiling that had been damaged by a water leak. 
He was neat and punctual, and completed the job when he said he would.  While he was painting one of the bedrooms, I complained about some existing molding that I didn't care for.  He removed the molding I didn't like, and replaced it with something much nicer, and more appealing.  Once we were really pleased with that, I asked if he was able to do some transition strips from our tiled foyer to our living room and dining room areas.  He did a great job with those as well.  So, while I've listed him as a painter, he also did some other great work for us.   We are so happy we found a reliable, neat and courteous painter, we have already decided to have him come back in the spring to do some exterior painting for us.
