I would not use him. The subcontractors that he used, did an awful job. They never put any molding up where there is tile or hardwood. There are two big puddles in the driveway every time it rains. On the deck, the used nails to fasten it to the house. I had to pay to have someone come back and use lag screws in to fasten the deck to the house. They were supposed to put Anderson windows in, and they didn't. They were supposed to put an insulation wrap under the siding, which they never did. I also had to have someone come and put on shingles that had fallen off only a couple years after the house was built.
