James Davis Asphalt Maintenance

Came to door and offered to do my driveway and my neighbor's since he was (supposedly) doing a job nearby. Very intimidating but we reluctantly agreed. He said the job would be great and he would guarantee it for 7 years. His crew did a horrible job - asphalt on my house, everywhere! Very sloppy with no regard to edging. Within weeks, weeds were growing up through the asphalt. I called him and he never returned my calls.
He came back this week - 9 months later -- and offered to fix everything by adding a 2-inch layer of asphalt for $5,000! No apologies for how poorly the first job was done. I wasn't going to write a review until he had the nerve to show up and offer to do another job at 10x the original price!
Run from this person. He does business under different names so beware! He's one of the reasons Angie's List is needed!

He poured all the asphalt for the driveway, but never returned back to finish sealing asphalt as promised. I've contacted him many times, but I still have not received a call back. I've paid him in full for a job that was never fully completed.
