He was quick to respond, and reasonable to work with. He even discounted his diagnostic fee since the issue was fairly straightforward (bad temp/pressure gauge). Since I indicated I was comfortable swapping in a new gauge myself, he put in an order for the needed part (another $20 or so over the service cost) so I could pick it up and install it myself and save the cost of having him come out again to install it. He also explained a few details of the workings of the system to me while he was checking it out, since I indicated interest. I'll definitely be calling Jeff again if future needs arise.
Description of Work: Diagnosed an issue with my boiler (hot water circulating heating system).
