Internet Service
We were not happy with Hughes Net and so we had it removed. They sent us an introductory offer in the mail and we don't have internet in the area and so we were trying new technology that they have. It was very difficult to talk to a real person, it took me 3 different tries to actually get the thing cancelled and I didn't like that about them. Most of them were very difficult to understand and they didn't understand what I was talking about or even what I wanted so I don't know if they were just avoiding cancelling, if that is what they were told to do, or they just really didn't understand me but it took a long time to get the service cancelled.
