Haier

It was a mess which amounted to very poor communication and customer support. sort of like dealing with Comcast.
                 i bought the unit on 03/02/15. it was inspected by the repairman on 06/23/15. the Haier America replacement unit arrived on 07/28/15. by the way, my last phone call to Haier was answered by  a person that i could barely understand (English was her second language.). i thank Haier America for replacing the refrigerator/freezer, but suggest that they revise their online manual to make it easier for repairmen to locate, identify, and order parts. they may also want to designing a freezer-temp control less prone to freezing up. the plastic knob broke off, once the control froze in place.
                

I had the washer and dryer delivered from a local appliance shop. They were delivered and installed with no issues. Within (9) months, I had to have repair technicians from the manufacturer out twice. They ended up giving me a brand new replacement washer after weeks of negotiation. Getting the replacement was not very easy. Once again after about (9) months the washer stopped spinning. The Haier brand washer is just no good. The warranty is no longer valid and I am stuck without a washing machine. Buyer beware of the Haier brand.

They are awful. Got a washer dryer combo. Does not work and they will not do anything about it. They keep on telling me that instead of getting someone here they will just give me a new one, even though I can’t be sure that the new one will work. I would not recommend them to anyone.
