H & R Block

We have been seeing H & R Block for our Tax Returns for about 15 years now. Ron Avery is our go-to guy. My husband used to get so anxious around tax time that it could almost get to being a nervous breakdown. Since we've been using Ron, his anxiety is gone. Ron is such a calm guy, soft-spoken, knows what he's doing - he's definitely got the experience - and he is very reassuring. He is open to any questions and in 15 years he has not yet been thrown a question that he's been unable to handle. When everything pans out, he has always been right. He is a very calm, smart, capable guy, and definitely somebody you want to trust with your money matters. He frequently goes above and beyond, particularly in the information thing. He will be going through our forms and have all the paperwork in front of him and still fields these questions that we bombard him with! I'm going to call him this week because in checking this year's Tax Return he found some sort of anomaly in papers we had filed (our responsibility, not his) a couple of years ago. So he's been looking in to that and I have to call him back. That is definitely going above and beyond, and very thorough.
