Hostile and demeaning

I called this company regarding a house I had purchased in which I had been provided with an inspection report prepared by Andrew Joseph for a previous buyer in which the deal fell through. Well recently I discovered a leak and simply called to ask about the inspection report for some guidance and possibly some recollection of what was seen in the inspection. Not only was I disrespected and berated over the phone by Drew I also had my intelligence insulted. He was only concerned about making money off of his shoddy work. He had no concern with even just helping another human being who is in need. He was the most disrespectful individual I have ever interacted with and for absolutely no reason. Oh and he hung up on me without a care in the world. Hey Drew, your advice was next time to "pay for your own inspection". Well perfect, I will, and it will NOT be from your terrible company. Furthermore, I will make sure every person I know in the Pittsburgh region never use your company for any kind of work either. I advise you to learn how to respect other people, regardless of whether or not they have paid you money.

Great job performed by company. The gentleman performing our inspection had a background in engineering and construction. So he really knew his stuff!
They showed up 15 minutes early and went straight to work. We stayed with the inspector while he did his work. He explained things as he moved throughout the house and answered our questions. He climbed up on roof and into crawl space to physically exam those areas.
He discovered many items both wrong and right with the home we had not realized.
We got a very detailed report as that evening. Originally we were told would get next day.
