I have custom blinds that were made by a local manufacturer who cannot be located. One blind simply needed to be restrung. I could not find anyone to perform this simple repair. I went to a local blind superstore. Although they could not repair my blind since I did not purchase it there, the provided me with Douglas Lesser's name and contact information. I called him. He responded promptly. We set a time for him to come to my home to do the repair. He arrived precisely on time. Not only did he repair the blind, but he taught me how to repair the blinds (there are others in the room) myself. He left me several circular cords to repair any breaks in the future. Great service! I totally recommend him for blind repairs. He also does blind and shade measuring and installation.
