Brian Settle does wonderful work. He's been working with us since March first and everything he has done has been just a tremendous job. If you contact him he will give you an estimate. We needed some work done, we moved into a mobile home and we needed a handyman. Our mobile home was flooding the park. When he went under there there was no insulation, there was nothing, so he replaced everything. He works in a timely manner. When he tells you he'll be there, he'll be there. He's amazing. He charges by the job. Our deck was $1600 included wood and labor. That wasn't a bad price. Everything he built is sturdy.
