PENN SECURITY CO

The service went very well and we were pleased with their company. However in 2008/09 the company (Penn Security - comprised of Alarm and locksmith services) partners decided to split up. The customer base with split in half and were not given an opportunity to pick which party to go with (Penn Security or All Points Security Co.). We requested to stay with Penn Security however the owner said that it would cause friction between him and the other former partner (that was our first mistake). So we stayed with All Points and had problems with the alarms going off during the night. The owner did his best but after 3 false alarms we requested to go back to Penn Security. The owner of All Points put in writing (we have the email) that he would let us out and was very upset due to all the work he had done. We contacted Penn Security and initially the owner was agreeable. We set up the plan to transfer back to Penn Security and then when the day came the owner once again flip flopped and said he couldn't do it and had to 'watch his hands of it'. I asked 'so you would rather lose business then do this'? He said couldn't answer and instead went on and on about the conflict (although the partnership had dissolved a year earlier). At that point I terminated the call. Very disappointed that these partners 'decided' what they wanted to do and gave the 'customer' no way to choose what was best for them. Pretty pathetic.
