Rich was on-time, actually early because he said he wanted to make sure that he found everything in plenty of time.  The inspection went fine.  He pointed out a few items that we hadn't notice when we looked at the house before.  I was impressed - He is a great person and had a wonderful personality and did not make us feel stupid...lol   I liked the report he sent.  It had pictures and was actually easy to understand and our realtor said most of the reports they get a just a few pieces of paper. 
I would definitely recommend him - I am glad there are still people that provide a good service.
