SAFEWAY PEST CONTROL

This company treated our home for bed bugs 4 times. We were told the situation was low to moderate.  After every treatment we were still getting bit and still seeing the bed bugs adults and smaller.  Everytime we called they responded but the chemical they used was for common household bugs not bed bugs and to kill bed eggs only.  I have reached out to Safeway Pest Control via email listed on their website requesting a partial refund and I have had no reply. We needed to hire another company to fix what they didn't so here we are paying all over again. After the first treatment with the new company we have not seen one or experienced any bites.  This company wasted 4 weeks of time that we could have been successfully treated.  Wasted our money and will not budge to reimburse us for any of it. We are very disappointed that we trusted Safeway Pest Control with such a critical and sensitive issue only to be right back where we were before they came.

When we bought the house 2 years ago Safeway inspected and found the termite presence. The owner was the one to fix it, he used another company that was cheaper. Well fast forward 2 years we didn't have any activity but wanted to get it checked out to be safe. The inspector actually remembered the house and where the activity had been, he re-inspected it and did not see any new activity. He also said the company that treated did the bare minimum (just put out stakes and called it a day). So we had him treat the house. He drilled some holes in the basement and on both porches treated it and then filled them back correctly. He also treated all the perimeter of the house. This service comes with a 3 year warranty with yearly visits covered in the cost. After three years a $80 per year fee will extend the warranty. If there is ever any activity they will treat the house with no charge. Very professional and nice to deal with, they even came and worked on a saturday to fit our schedule.

The price was very reasonable. George and his associate were extremely pleasant and helpful. They were courteous and did a wonderful job. They told me if I needed anything to just call them back. They sprayed my house and about two weeks afterwards I had ants again. They came back and sprayed again and didn't charge me anything. They cleaned up after themselves. I called them in the morning and they called me back before noon. They were here the following day.
