Initial installation was done promptly and looked good. The problem was discovered later, when my basement flooded in a storm. It was discovered at that point, that there was a significant mistake on the installation of a gutter from a side porch routed into a main downspout. The installer pushed the angled piece all the way in, blocking the main downspout. This completed prevented flow down the main downspout. This caused significant backup of material, blocking all water from flowing. Of course, this took over a year to accrue before the problem presented itself. After contacting OC Cluss and sending pictures and live video of the problem, they responded that since it was over 1 year, they would not do a thing to repair the problem. They would not even come out to view it. It was a simple repair that I had to perform myself. The only way I could have known that they installed it wrong in the first year would have been for me to completely tear it apart. It puzzles me that a company would not own up and fix such an obvious mistake. This cost me a lot of money in water damage. I cannot recommend OC Cluss, as they will not stand behind their work.

as listed above called on 4/12/12 and was told that I would be contacted.as of this writing I haven't had any calls from OC Cluss. I have use OC Cluss before so iam somewhat miffed.
