Kelly Construction made an appointment with me. My dad was there in my house. He had his number. He said he would call before he got there and made an appointment time and just never showed up and never called back. I have no idea of price rating or anything else and I don’t know what led to that. My dad of course left me a message saying, why did he never showed up; he took off from work to be here and Kelly Construction never responded.
