Open, honest, and frequent communication. Professional, excellent quality work, lots of attention paid to every detail; treated the job as though the work was on his house rather than someone else's. Very punctual; started each day when he said he would, and finished the job ahead of agreed-upon schedule. I did not compare prices with anyone else, but do feel that it was very fair for the amount of work involved. Is definitely at the top of my list when I get additional work done.

Cost of service is an estimate and includes material. Jerry helped me tremendously on my rental properties. Replaced 3-4 receptacles, changed a regular receptacle to a gfci in the bathroom, repaired 2 toilet valves and flaps, repaired a leaky s-trap, reinforced lose plumbing in the crawl space, changed out 2 facets, replaced a broken light fixture in the bathroom, replaced a light fixture going down to the basement, pulled new wire and replaced junction box for basement light fixture. I really can't say enough about Jerry. Excellent work and he's so fast. He did all the work in about 6-8 hours while I was at work. I can't tell you the sense of relief walking into the rentals and seeing all the things I've been worrying about looking and working beautifully. I called 2 other plumbers and one gave me the run around for about a week and never came out the other showed up drunk and tripped all over the place. Jerry came out and not only took care of all the plumbing but also was a pro at the electrical. His professionalism is second to none. He draws up a very neat contract and gives you a thorough run down on everything. Cleaned up everything before he left and left me with a huge sense of relief. Having someone to call when you need them and you know they will answer and get the job done is so hard to find today.

The work was done well, and slightly under the estimate. I have called him for service a total of 4 times and each time was a pleasure. He is always on time and professional!
