If your problem was something automotive it would have been given to our automotive locksmith. If not it would have been handled here. In any case if you did indeed call us and not confuse us with another locksmith, all I can do is say we are sorry for dropping the ball. thank you for bringing this to our attention even if it reflects in a negative manner.
