Worst experience I've ever had. Called them because of other good reviews, however they came the project would cost. We agreed and $1,800 later and three visits, and I still have essential air conditioning that doesn't work. Be wise and look elsewhere for service. The lady that I spoke to on the phone promised that they stand on their good work. This is not true. They would not return my phone calls.

OK. They had to come back several times to fix so improperly install pipes

"We installed an Aire Flo Gas Furnace for a (removed member name) in 2010. According to our records he had a renter named (removed member name). The install was a successful installation. We always offer one year free service with our installations, which we did. In 2011 the pressure switch went bad. We replaced a pressure switch which was under a manufacture warranty. We did not charge (removed member name) for the repair which was due to equipment failure, and not any fault with the installation. There are no pipes to be installed that could be faulty in an Aire Flo Gas Furnace, so we are confused as to what (removed member name) is referring to about the pipes. It is possible that (removed member name) did not keep (removed member name) informed as to why we had to have a return visit. We strive to offer customer satisfaction and are certainly disappointed that (removed member name) was not satisfied. We have a very good customer relation with (removed member name). We did a paid routine follow up service in 2012 at the request of (removed member name). We would be pleased to clarify the service with (removed member name)trusting he would adjust his review of Economy Furnace our our service."

I was very satisfied with the whole experience from start to finish. The secretary was very pleasant, polite, and helpful. She kept me informed each step of the way and worked with my schedule for scheduling the service call. The problem was for the cental air unit which would turn-on but then automatically turn-off after a minute or so of running.
The tech was very professional and happy to answer all my questions re: what he was doing and what he was testing for. The problem ended up being a bad thermostat which he replaced. After, he said he was going to check everything on the central air unit(outside). He had gone out ahead of me and when I joined him, he was adding refrigerant.
I bring this up as he should have asked me if I wanted the service BEFORE doing it as my problem for the service call had already been fixed. Hence, the grade of B for professionalism on the report.
I would seek their services again but would be certain to tell the tech to get my persmission for any service that would result in a charge.

Made inquiry by telephone and questions were answered very quickly. A salesman visited and gave us options but did not pressure us to buy. After agreeing to the purchase the furnace was installed quickly. We have been very happy with our purchase over its first winter season.

We did that free service one year after the install. Diane hired us to do her subsequent clean and tune and has taken great care of her equipment. The blower motor on our furnace went out at 10:30 on Sunday night and I called their 24-hour line. I got a recording and decided to call back in the morning. Within 15 minutes, someone saw my number on their caller ID and returned my call. I scheduled an appointment for Monday afternoon. Their serviceman called when he was on his way, arrived on time and was friendly, polite and efficient. He got to work quickly and replaced the old motor in just under an hour. We're very pleased with their responsiveness, the repair and the price. Wholeheartedly recommend!
