We have five air conditioning units. He was pretty reasonable. He sends me a bill and I do not have pay right in the moment. We have him to service the air condition every year. He washes the radiator, the fans and checks the filling on the Freon. Earlier in the year he fixed the one air conditioner that was not working at all. He was dependable. He was like my dentist he was not going to charge me for stuff that I do not need to have done. He was not okay with punctuality because he says 12 noon but he will be here by 12:30 pm.
