Mike, Todd, Bubba , Tara and the whole team were fabulous. The hot tub was a given because of previous great experience and the deck / patio / pergola are worthy of any design magazine. I recommend with confidence!

I purchased my hot tub from Youngs 15 years ago. Their all natural water treatment has kept my hot tub in excellent shape and it was easy to use. No chemicals and no extra costs has been great! The bottle of enzymes lasts about 7 years. Service is always fast and great staff!

Cheap removal but very expensive disposal, plus a $95.00 labor cost. No trade in value, very expensive Hot Tubs for sale.. Not even sure they disposed of my unit or rebuilt it. Pumps on the unit were still good. Should have repaired it myself, I found the leak for them.

"Hi Larry, I am sorry to hear that you were upset about the disposal fee. As we discussed, we stopped repairs right away when we saw how extensive the freeze damage was so that we could show you the damage and give you the option on whether you would like to fix it, buy a different spa or simply dispose of your old spa. You are welcome to stop back at our shop if you feel we were going to fix the spa. It is behind our building with about 15 other spas that all need hauled to the landfill. We will not be making any repairs to it. Our offer still stands, that if you decide to purchase a spa - we will credit back the $ amount that was charged to dispose of your old tub. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you."

Extremely friendly & knowledgeable staff. Each person I spoke with took the time to go over all of the details of the service being performed. I was provided with all of the available options for how they could proceed to resolve my issue & at no time was I made to feel pressured. My rating is Five Stars all around for their service. I would highly recommend Young's Hot Tub Sales & Service to anyone.
