Description of Work: I called this company to have them come check my roof to see if the whole roof or just a section needed replaced. I had a gutter piece fall off due to rotted wood so I was not sure if the whole roof was gone or just that section. I called and left voicemails twice and never heard back. A week after the last voicemail I tried again and this time I talked to an actual person. They made a time to come give me a free estimate. I let them know during that call that I was not sure if I needed a whole new roof or just a section replaced. They did not act like that was an issue...they said they would come take a look The day we scheduled I waited all day and no one came and no call. I called their number the next day and left a voicemail to find out why no one showed. I came home from work the day after that and there was a voicemail for me from the same person saying they were sorry they had forgot about me and would like to schedule a new time. I am willing to give 2nd chances so I said ok. I set up a time for the next week and they no showed again. I waited all day. I called them them and they had tried to tell me they thought I was to call them and remind them. Since when do the buyers become responsible for the owners business?? I gave them one last chance and scheduled again...even called them the day of service to remind them I was waitiing...and they no showed and I got voicemail the 2 times I called as reminder. I would not reccomend this company to anyone.
