I called ahead of time and they said the price was $65, and I told them it may need a freon charge since the blower seemed to be working. So they come on a day so cold they could not check the freon, then later they came, and then charged me for one and a half service visits. They should have come once when they could check the freon, not twice. I called them and they said they wouldnt charge me twice. But still, one and a half doesnt seem right either.
The good is that they said the freon was ok, I didnt need any more. So they seem honest, and that is important.
