We had an insurance claim taken care of by ProJan Flooring. They replaced three rooms and a hallway and a stairway that were all affected by water damage as part of the insurance claim. The installation went relatively fast. They were nice to deal with. We did however have two problems. Quality of the carpeting in the living room was not the same as the quality of the carpet that they replaced. The quality of the carpeting in the other rooms had the same problem. We had to have them return and lower the baseboards because the original height of the baseboards now showed a gap between one quarter and 1/2 inch between the bottom of the baseboard and the new carpet. I will repeat that they're very nice people to deal with, as we have dealt with them in the past with no problem. What happened in this case I am on sure of. We spoke to them about this issue and they assured us it was the same grade of carpet, but both carpets are way different than the original.
