Nicole Bruno Cleaning

She never returned my calls.

Never heard from her.

Spoke to Ms. Bruno she was very professional and accommodating for arranging a time to visit my house. She walked through the house, gave me a reasonable price for every other week cleaning. She returned promptly on the arranged date and proceeded to completely and diligently clean the house. Since the house hadn't been cleaned professionally in three months I was concerned about the amount of work to be done. She tackled it properly and left it very clean!

When I spoke with Nicole Bruno she advised me that most housecleaning companies really don't do this type of work any longer due to insurance and equipment and there are wall cleaning companies that due it a lot more efficiently. Based on what I have read about them and their costs, I would consider using them in the future.

Nicole accomplished for me a much needed job that I was not able to do for myself.

The house was clean and we were very pleased. My husband even noticed! We have two large dogs and they track in a lot dirt and leave a lot of dog hair everywhere. It was so nice to have the entire house clean at the same time which I rarely seem to be able to get done on my own. Nicole has agreed to come every other week.

She acted very inconvenienced doing all the work she was asked to do. She complained about everything especially carrying the vacuum up the stairs which I ended up doing. The vacuum she brought was spitting dust and hair from other people's homes so I had her use mine. She didn't want to clean the bathroom and complained again because she forgot her gloves. Very unprofessional.

Nicole is wonderful, I had to leave, so she was cleaning the house by herself. For the house, she had to travel about an hour for her location, therefore, I adjusted the price slightly to cover the cost of travel. She was underestimating the time that would take her to complete the job. She came on time. She was good, but she forgot to bring stuff to remove some sticky spot on the kitchen pantry. She did a great job with the hardwood and vinyl flooring. The house looked clean now, and she also did a wonderful job in the apartment.

Nicole did a good job on a dirty space! Nicole took her time to make sure that the entire apartment was cleaned well, not just surface cleaned. Nicole did a particularly good job on the hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances.
