all went smooth with no stress of having to worry about anything.

It took about a week the first time and the work was not done properly so I had to take it back again and then it took about a week or so to get it fixed the right way. They ended up putting a few different fenders and a few different bumpers like it was an extra work. It's fine now. I don't have any basis of comparison for the price.

Went extremely well, very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Shop and lot were very clean. the only complaint I have is when i washed my car for the first time this spring i noticed some type of over-spray all over the car, so distinctly on the repaired portion of the vehicle that you could see where the tape was located. Other than that the work was phenomenal, matched the lines and curves perfect and the paint was flawless and matched perfectly on the repaired section.

It went great. They were able to replace the whole back lift gate after a rouge dumpster hit my car. Looked perfect after!

s, They have been unfailingly professional with me, always reasonable in pricing, and with great work done. I have to say one of the cars - which I paid for out of pocket - came out better than I'd expected. They worked well with my insurance company for those covered by insurance and were a pleasure to work with. This is an old and family-owned company and they seem like good folks to me.

This company talked a great game but lacked any kind of follow-through. They took the car in August for what they said was a week. They kept it for three weeks, and only completed part of the work, saying the proper part (roof) was back-ordered. They told me to return it on Oct. 22 for the rest of the work.

They said it would take 7 days. After 21 days and constant stalling me on the phone, I went and retrieved the car, and it STILL wasn't finished. They did not replace the sun roof, there are new dings and dents on my car that weren't there when I dropped it off, and a part of my windshield wiper mechanism is missing. I asked them about the new dents and the missing wiper part and they said they didn't know where the part is or how the dents got there. I am now left to figure out how to get this sun roof installed on my own.

THE MODEL OF MY CAR MEANT IT TOOK SPECIAL WORK AND A PIECE HAD TO BE REPLACED. I FEEL THEIR PRICES ARE REASONABLE. WHEN I PICKED IT UP, THE CAR LOOKED GOOD.
