Roll roofing had been replaced at least 3 times in 18-20 years; problem of minimal slope allowed water, snow, and ice to do its damage, so decided to quit messing with it. Called Gold roofing; he came out quickly, told me that the only solution was to go with a metal roof, and gave me a quote. I thought the price was a little high, but it was October and I knew this roof wouldn't make it through another winter without problems. He was prompt, timely and didn't take several days off to work on another project during his time here. Top quality materials were used, no short cuts taken, and they worked through some nasty wet weather until the job was complete. I don't doubt that I might have gotten a better price elsewhere, but this contractor has done work for many residences and businesses in the area, and could provide recommendations from dozens of satisfied customers. Overall, I am satisfied with the job and would recommend. Old-fashioned quality, dependable, a man of his word and his work is a cut above!
