After contracting with this party, it took several weeks for them to show up....just in time before the snow started falling. I had my house painted and upon completion of the job, was intensely dissatisfied. They didn't scrap the old chipping paint properly, missed painting places entirely, ruined my garden hose and left paint chips all over my flower beds. My gutters were to be repaired and were not touched. I don't think the owner/operator was on the job site for more than half a day the entire 5 days the "crew" of 2 was here......they did horribly sloppy work.. 7 months after the job....the paint was applied (sprayed) on so thin in spots, the old siding color is bleeding through all over. The roof he was supposed to have repaired continued to leak....when I made mention of this to Jack, he become extremely hostile. Ultimately, I had to hire someone else to repair the roof at my own expense. The vent cap used was the wrong type for my roof and was installed wrong so I will have to have that repaired as well. Bottom line....poor quality work, no professionalism and does NOT stand behind his word/work. I know have to decide if it will be worth the expense of taking this outfit to court. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
