The installation went exceptionally smoothly. They completed the work in exactly the amount of time they estimated. The project required that holes be cut into wood flooring and into sheet rock. They cleaned up after themselves THOROUGHLY (you would think that my cleaning woman had been through after them but they were the ones who cleaned up after themselves.)They threaded the duct work with minimum intrusion into the old structure. Treated me professionally. Provided thorough instruction on use and maintenance of the unit.
