Awesome service and response. I called the company because I could not get to the internet and had been having trouble off and on for the last few months. They answered the phone promptly and professionally, asked a few easy questions, and said the problem was most likely my modem and they'd send a service person out in about 4 hours. The service person arrived in 3 and a half hours and tested the modem. He explained that my modem had outlived its life expectancy and that it would cost $35 to replace. With my approval, he went out to his truck and got a new one, installed it, and I had my service back in less than 15 minutes! He even waited patiently for me to confirm everything I needed was working. I've had absolutely no issues since. I can't think when I've ever had such quick, easy, and professional service.
Description of Work: Replaced my 8-yr-old modem and ensured that my connection was up and working.

After they did the work, we never had a problem since then. I think even their office was flooded but they had it all set up so you can talk to someone in a different office. They took care of it and use the phone of the other office. They came out and took care of the issue and it was resolved. I will continue to use them.
Description of Work: I use Blue Ridge Communications bundled internet, cable and land line service. The last contact I had with them was when we had a flooding and we have lost power. I called them once the power came back to reset the cable box.
