Provider was reasonable and the job was performed on time with quality. A family member is using the tank, so he tank was not removed.

They were very responsive and got the job done the week after I called them. We found their price to be reasonable and their work was good.

Jimmy, Chima and JR showed up on the scheduled day on time and began work immediately. They were friendly and courteous and worked hard. We had been concerned that our sidewalk may be damaged by them trying to remove the tank which was partially under it, but they were very careful and packed the dirt back in very solidly under the sidewalk after they got the tank out. Jimmy did a great job with the dirt removal (not making a mess of our property and not ruining our lawn) and also carefully and patiently removed the dirt from under the sidewalk with the backhoe as much as possible and then he and Chima shoveled the rest out. Then Jimmy went carefully into the tank and removed all the remaining sludge in the bottom of the tank and made sure that he did not spill one drop of oil onto the soil to be tested. When he tested the dirt with the machine he used, he gave the machine a chance to settle as it moved up and down but always stayed below a number that would require remediation. My husband and I were worried that any company we dealt with might try to make it seem like there was a problem even if there wasn't. Thankfully, all the samples came out safe! Then he really packed the dirt back in hard and solid under our front walk so that there would be no problems with the concrete after the dirt settled. He and Chima cleaned up the front yard beautifully and even raked and used a blower so that the only signs that they had been there was the slightly higher mound of dirt where the tank had been. Jimmy also removed the extra bushes that were in front of our house because we asked him to. We did not want our landscaping to look funny after only one fully grown bush had been removed while the other bushes remained standing. It would have been A LOT of work for my husband and I to remove them and he did it quickly with the backhoe. We would HIGHLY recommend this company and two of our neighbors have already asked for the company's cards. We were very impressed with Jimmy especially and anyone who gets to have him work on their job will be fortunate!!

When I was able to actually speak with Brian he was very polite and professional. Unfortunately follow through was non existent.

I found this company when they were doing work at my neighbor's house. I spoke to Rob at that time about the fact that my oil tank was not leaking but was the original tank in my 60 year old house. I decided to have my tank replaced after our conversation. Joey and Chima did the work. They arrived promptly by 9:30 (he gave me a courtesy call to tell me their arrival time.) They worked non-stop until 2:30 removing the oil from the old tank, replacing all the piping and fittings inside and out, cementing up the wall and painting the pipes to match the tank. They were neat, efficient and polite. I would highly recommend this company.
