Valley Window Cleaning has been keeping the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas sparkling clean since 2001. We are a family based business that takes pride in in making your home look the best it can . When you call, we will return the call in a reasonable amount of time that day. Then we can provide a free written estimate by looking at your property. The person you talk to on the phone is the one that you will meet and clean your home. We will invoice you that day usually by email with the payment recorded on the invoice. We offer discounts for multiple services requested and neighbor discounts.

Services we offer

We offer window cleaning services for all types of residences and properties. We also offer gutter cleaning and gutter protection by rainflow, window film to protect against heat and fading and other household services. Always ask - we probably have done it!

It went very well. Patrick was prompt, friendly, & helpful both times (plus when he first came to do the estimate), and both the window cleaning and the gutter cleaning really made a difference. (And our basement windows have never looked as good as they do now, after the cleaning!)

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Although he did a nice job when he did the work he has been very unprofessional since that time. As I stated, each of the four times we contacted him he said he would have to get back to us, but he never did. This is not accepatble. If he didn't want the job he should have said so, instead of stringing us along. I can understand if he is too busy and can't take on any more jobs, but to keep promising to call back and then not responding is just rude and unprofessional.

Patrick was accessable by phone,easy to get an appointment.Had to change dates on us at the last minute,but heunderstood our urgency to get the work done and fit us in two days later.Very friendly,very professional,great price.

The job went well. I would absolutely hire them again. The windows were cleaned. They were very professional, they showed up on time and they left the house looking better than it did before.

I left multiple messages on both phones on his card, and he never had the courtesy to respond to any of my messages. Then he had the gaul to repeatedly send me postcard ads. After a year or so, I called him and told him to take me off his mailing list because I would NEVER use his services again.

Overall, it was very unsatisfactory since after calling twice for an estimate and receiviing one, I waited for weeks and never got a call to schedule the work, then left several voice mails asking for a call back, even just to say whether he planned to do the job or not. Nothing.
