Exterminator was prompt and professional! Took care of nest removal and sprayed around entire house. Would hire again when needed. Also called them on a Saturday afternoon and they came right away on Monday!

The Technician arrived on time and was professionally dressed.
He thoroughly inspected the home even though some areas were difficult to access due to low headroom.
The report was prompt and included a quote for treatment.

The guy that came out was very nice. I decided to go with a local business as opposed to a chain. I haven't seen any of the things we called them about.

My neighbors had used them so I decided to try them. I haven't compared their prices.

I think they were responsive. They did a good job. I prefer to work with them over some national company.

They exterminated the whole surrounding in 2009 and ever since that I haven't had any problems and because of the contract I have with them they are willing to come out any time. They were on time and were very good. They explained the process and procedure very well. I'm happy with them. I don't know much to compare but I did compare the original price and they were one of the more reasonable ones. It cost a lot of money the first time for the application to protect my house and I didn't notice any termites any more in my house since then, but they put a cost per year to have them come out and make sure everything was okay and it would cost them a $180 to do that and I would still be under this agreement like when they do find something then they'll just apply I don't have to pay. The $180 I think is a little bit pricey. If I were to go to another company I would have to spend another one big chunk but they guarantee me because of the first application and in order for me to stay with them I have to pay $80 each year. I don't know if that is really what the standard is but I know the first time I did call around to have other companies come and they were the most reasonably priced for the first application but as far as annually, if I were to get another company I think they will not guarantee. When they come once a year they don't do much but check the house for termites and what I'm paying for is for them to come out and check and if they do find something they'll have to reapply the whole house and that's what I am paying for. I feel comfortable just knowing that I've somebody who comes out and check my house.

I had a choice of what I wanted to have done. Their price is fine. Their quality of service is excellent. They were responsive and punctual. They came when they said they were coming. I haven't had any problems with them at all.

They are very professional and courteous. They were very good and I had no problems with them.

this event happened maybe 2 years ago but i just joined angie's list and i feel very strongly about sharing my experience with them because i was almost cheated
i had unexplained itchy rash and wanted home evaluated for possible bedbugs or other infestation as potential cause. a slick salesman type guy came over. he looked around the inside of house and didn't see anything. he then borrowed a ladder and went up in the attic. i told him naively that i never go there and i never would. he immediately said he saw mouse droppings up there. he said he would set traps, spray for bugs, and also seal the exterior of the house for total of $2400. i mailed in the check and scheduled the treatment visit. i then thought about it a little more and i decided to look for myself in the attic and i saw nothing. i called the seitz brothers representative again and said i saw nothing in the attic. he then said that he saw "mouse tunnels," not droppings, in the insulation (insulation in unfinished attic space consists of rolls and rolls of pink fiberglass batting, it is impossible to identify any specific mouse tunnel by sticking one's head through the hole in the roof standing on a ladder with just a flashllight shining around). i then called both ehrlich and viking who separately came over and said there was no sign of any infestation and that it would be unethical to spray for nonexisting pests. i immediately canceled seitz brothers as their representative was completely dishonest/deceptive. he was a salesman/conartist, not a true pest control specialist. both the ehrlich and viking representatives were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful even though neither received any money from me.

The man who comes out here to spray is really nice. I even told me that I had bugs around my mailbox, and he sprayed those, too. I haven't had them since. He has been really thorough. I thought the price was fair. He was so nice.
