Seitz Brothers Exterminating Co Inc

I have been paying for a quarterly service for interior and exterior exterminating services for several years with Seitz Bros. This entire past year, Seitz Bros has been sneakily doing only the exterior without informing us about not doing the interior while I continued to pay the same quarterly dollar amount. I was later informed that Seitz Bros stopped leaving receipts too so I couldn?t verify their service. To add insult to injury, I realized they stole money I left for cleaning services people previously. I called Seitz Bros on the phone multiple times and asked for a return call from a supervisor and never received one. I also sent several emails requesting a response and never received one. I?m quite shocked at how terrible Seitz Bros customer service has become. It wasn't this way in years prior. I am very disappointed in Seitz Bros customer service and actual operations and will look for a deserving company to give my money to. Shame on Seitz Bros for gross dishonesty.

Absolutely horrible service. We paid over $300 to have them come. They said they would come once a week. They came twice in a month. Would not answer phone calls or call back. The problem was not taken care of by them. Very very disappointed and will never use them again. Do not use this company.

Exterminator was prompt and professional! Took care of nest removal and sprayed around entire house. Would hire again when needed. Also called them on a Saturday afternoon and they came right away on Monday!

The Technician arrived on time and was professionally dressed.
He thoroughly inspected the home even though some areas were difficult to access due to low headroom.
The report was prompt and included a quote for treatment.
I highly recommend this company.

The guy that came out was very nice. I decided to go with a local business as opposed to a chain. I haven't seen any of the things we called them about.

My neighbors had used them so I decided to try them. I haven't compared their prices.

I think they were responsive. They did a good job. I prefer to work with them over some national company.

They exterminated the whole surrounding in 2009 and ever since that I haven't had any problems and because of the contract I have with them they are willing to come out any time. They were on time and were very good. They explained the process and procedure very well. I'm happy with them. I don't know much to compare but I did compare the original price and they were one of the more reasonable ones. It cost a lot of money the first time for the application to protect my house and I didn't notice any termites any more in my house since then, but they put a cost per year to have them come out and make sure everything was okay and it would cost them a $180 to do that and I would still be under this agreement like when they do find something then they'll just apply I don't have to pay. The $180 I think is a little bit pricey. If I were to go to another company I would have to spend another one big chunk but they guarantee me because of the first application and in order for me to stay with them I have to pay $80 each year. I don't know if that is really what the standard is but I know the first time I did call around to have other companies come and they were the most reasonably priced for the first application but as far as annually, if I were to get another company I think they will not guarantee. When they come once a year they don't do much but check the house for termites and what I'm paying for is for them to come out and check and if they do find something they'll have to reapply the whole house and that's what I am paying for. I feel comfortable just knowing that I've somebody who comes out and check my house.

I had a choice of what I wanted to have done. Their price is fine. Their quality of service is excellent. They were responsive and punctual. They came when they said they were coming. I haven't had any problems with them at all.

They are very professional and courteous. They were very good and I had no problems with them.

The man who comes out here to spray is really nice. I even told me that I had bugs around my mailbox, and he sprayed those, too. I haven't had them since. He has been really thorough. I thought the price was fair. He was so nice.
