Craig Toocheck is a courteous and helpful professional who worked with me to assess my security needs on the home I'd just purchased. I called him to replace all locks and to upgrade the quality of the locks and dead bolts. He was patient while explaining to me the differences between available products and answered all my questions. He did the work quickly, efficiently, then wrote up a detailed billing statement, and explained what I was being charged for. I would definitely use his services again.

Called Craig and he came the same day. He was prompt and proffesional. He replaced the deadbolt and door knob on one door and re-keyed two additional doors to match. He anoly charged us for 30 minutes of service even though the job took over an hour.

Because of a break-in I needed my locks changed ASAP. I called him on Thanksgiving evening and he came right out without hesitation. He worked on it well into the next day and his work was outstanding. I was surprised how fair his charges were.
