I am happy with them. I never had a problem with them. They are not cheap and they are average. I have used them a fewer time. They are a small and local company, so I like them for that as well.

I have used Level Green Plumbing and heating on three different occasions. In June of 2011, they installed a brand new Central AC in our house and we have had no complaints. Their estimate and final price were right on target, they workers were upfront about all costs and work involved and they met they timeline they gave me.

I recently called Level Green Plumbing again to come and fix some leaks in my bathroom. (TWICE) We agreed on a date and time and the workers came when we agreed. After assessing the situation, everything was explained as simple as possible, an estimate and time frame were provided and they met all of them - EXACTLY.

Mike, the owner is very friendly and every worker he has sent to our house has been as well. We have had no issues with the company and as we are looking to buy a new home, we will definitely call upon them in the future should we have any need to. Thanks!!

We are very satisfied with them. They are pretty local and we have been with them for a long time. The furnace is working great. Their price is competitive. It is good. The quality of their work, their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism are very good. They are very cooperative. We would absolutely continue to use them in the future.

The original Level Green estimate was for $70-100 for both toilets. We got another quote for $225 from another plumber. Level Green gave the quote to my wife and then I called separately to confirm the quote. We decided to go with Level Green because of the price. When we were billed after the work was done, the bill was $289. Their explanation for the charges beyond the original estimate was that the labor took an extra half hour, that there was also a service charge (which they didn't include in the estimate) and that it took 2 plumbers instead of one. One of the toilets was not installed centered (making it almost unusable because it is about 2" from the wall on one side and a foot and a half from the other) and they did not haul away the old toilets. I asked Level Green to match the quote of $225 that we got from a the other plumber and to haul away the toilets (as the other plumber also quoted), but they refuse to meet either request.
