It went great. Joe was very timely in communication, both in getting me a quote and in setting up the appointment, which was about three weeks after initial contact. I was given a two hour window of when they'd arrive, and they were prompt in showing up in that time frame. I'd asked that he call when he was on his way, which he did. He was one of the two men who did the work. They were here for probably about two hours. The difference in the house's appearance was incredible. It hadn't been washed since the siding was put up, 10+ years ago, and I'm not sure if the brick had ever been cleaned. The siding, which is a cream color, looked great...prior to cleaning, it had a lot of mold/algae kind of marks, as well as general dirt from our wood burner, and there were even some rust marks in a couple of areas from air conditioner drippage and the stovepipe. It was all gone. Fabulous! He even unclogged one of my gutters that I didn't know was clogged, which was outside the scope of what he was there to do. He was very pleasant and professional. Would definitely recommend his work, and I'd hire him again when needed.

Joe Botti was prompt, courteous and careful with doing all the work.  He treated our property as it were his own and took pride in his work.  He was very concerned about our satisfaction with the job and even stopped by after the job was done to make sure everything was to our liking.  I felt he was trustworthy, honest, professional and hardworking.  Definitely would recommend to a friend.

From providing a quote through the completion of the job, they were professional and attentive to every detail. Although they were not the lowest bid for the job, there was no doubt that we got our money's worth.

Mr. Botti and crew were very professional, punctual, and completed excellent work. We would highly recommend his services. He had to transport water since we are on a well which made the job possible and completed the job in a timely manner.
