Pool Liner was installed using pennies to secure it. When the pool was filled, the liner pulled away from the wall. Called "Stan' and ask to come install liner correctly. My answer was to find some big strong guys and basically fix it ourselves,Upon securing the liner into place per instruction ,it popped out in another place. Upon securing it again, the pool began leaking "around the skimmer". Numerous calls to Stan resulted in an offer to sell and install a new skimmer for $150.00. We were not having problems with the skimmer. We were having problems with the Liner installation . The complaint was never resolved and the pool is no longer usable.
Description of Work: Installed above ground swimming pool liner .

Linear change was done 3 seasons ago. Service man was sent to home to inspect skimmer on 5/31/14 a few days after BPI was notified. Repaired leak but advised customer skimmer is over 20 years old and needs to be replaced. Further this type of lining commonly slips out and bead during initial filling and stretching. Most customers snap it back in themselves as was the case here.
